Basic Business Package - This package is for the average small business. It includes three to five pages, your main page, one about you or your business and a form that can be filled out and returned. The monthly fee is $35.00 per month and the design fee is $500.00. (The .com or .net name registration fees are $35.00 per year, a .cc name registration fee is an additional $50.00) The Realtor Package - This package is for the real estate agent. It includes several pages, your Home page, a listings page with a feed from the MLS called Gateway to your site (The MLS charges a monthly $11.45 fee which you will be responsible for paying), a condo directory, an area information page, and the final page is a form that can be filled out and returned. The monthly fee is $35.00 per month. The design fee is $500.00. (The .com or .net name registration fees are $35.00 per year, a .cc name registration fee is an additional $50.00) We will sit down with you and pick a domain name and work on the design and color of your site.
